Most sleep difficulties aren’t caused by one single issue. They tend to develop through a combination of factors — routines, stress, nervous system patterns, health, environment, and life context.


My work is centred around helping people understand what’s happening with their sleep and identifying what kind of support would actually be helpful, rather than offering generic advice or one-size-fits-all programmes.

All work begins with a Sleep Strategy Session.


This one-to-one session provides a calm, structured space to explore your sleep, understand what may be maintaining the difficulty, and clarify what kind of support makes sense moving forward.


There’s no pressure to commit beyond this session.


It’s simply a place to gain clarity and direction.

Where appropriate, these options are discussed following an initial session — not selected in advance.
