I’m Lisa Gargaro, a CBT-I Sleep Specialist with over a decade of experience supporting adults and families with persistent sleep difficulties.
My work focuses on understanding why sleep has become difficult, rather than rushing to fix symptoms. I take a calm, structured, and individual approach — helping people make sense of what’s happening and decide what would genuinely help.

There is no single formula for better sleep. Support is always tailored, drawing on CBT-I, psychology, nervous system regulation, and practical habit design — guided by what emerges through the work, not a preset programme.
