Sleep difficulties rarely arrive in isolation.


They’re often shaped by stress, life changes, long-standing patterns, and the way our nervous system has learned to cope over time.


My work is grounded in creating a calm, thoughtful space where we can slow things down, make sense of what’s happening, and understand sleep in context — rather than chasing quick fixes or generic advice.


I care deeply about helping people feel less alone with their sleep, and more confident about the path forward.

I’m Lisa Gargaro, a CBT-I Sleep Specialist with over a decade of experience supporting adults and families with persistent sleep difficulties.

My work focuses on understanding why sleep has become difficult, rather than rushing to fix symptoms. I take a calm, structured, and individual approach — helping people make sense of what’s happening and decide what would genuinely help.

I work one-to-one, beginning with careful listening and assessment. I take time to understand sleep patterns, routines, lifestyle factors, and the wider context that influences rest.


There is no single formula for better sleep. Support is always tailored, drawing on CBT-I, psychology, nervous system regulation, and practical habit design — guided by what emerges through the work, not a preset programme.


The aim is clarity first, so change can follow in a way that is sustainable..
